Photography and video consent is collected separately and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • For the duration of active membership

  • For up to two (2) years after a player leaves the Club for record-keeping, safeguarding, and financial auditing

Medical information is deleted sooner if no longer required.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures, including password-protected systems and secure digital storage solutions.

However, no system is entirely secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorised access, alteration, or accidental loss.
