Another competitive and encouraging weekend for Baltic Youth FC, with strong effort and continued development shown across all age groups.
U14 – Coach Stuart
Coach Stuart’s side faced a tough test against quality opposition who moved the ball well and showed strong determination. While we know we can play better football, the biggest positive was the team’s resilience – the lads kept going until the final whistle, which shows real progress.
Player of the Match: Colby – outstanding between the posts and kept the score line down with a superb performance in goal.
We regroup and look to return to winning ways next weekend.
U10 – Coach Justin
Goals: Steven (1), Fred (1), Lucca (1), Gully (1), Thabi (1)
Player of the Match: Lucca
Captain’s Pick: Thabi
Coach Justin was pleased with a strong team performance. The boys worked hard to win and retain possession, showing clear improvement in the areas they’ve been developing in training. The build-up play, particularly for Gully’s goal, reflected the blueprint for how we want to play going forward.
U9 – Coach Aran
A fantastic effort from the young players, who played with energy and confidence throughout.
A warm welcome to Thomas, who made an excellent first impression by scoring a hat-trick on his debut.
Player of the Match: Thomas – for a brilliant debut performance.
U8 – Coach Ferdinand
Results: Competitive matches against Winklebury Wizards
The team showed great resilience in both games, including a thrilling second match full of goals at both ends.
Player of the Match: George – outstanding in goal and brave throughout.
Thank you to Coach Ashley for officiating.
Another weekend of growth, teamwork and development across the club. 💙⚽
