End of Season Review 2025/26

As the season comes to a close, it’s a good time to reflect on the progress, effort and commitment shown across all age groups at Baltic Youth FC.

U8 – Coach Ashley

The U8s have had an outstanding season. From strong wins to tough, competitive matches, the team has shown real growth week by week. An unbeaten league run and consistent performances highlight just how far they’ve come. Their confidence on the ball, teamwork and determination have improved massively, setting a strong foundation for the future.

U9 – Coaches Warren & Aran

The U9s have been a joy to watch this season. Plenty of goals, exciting matches and great team spirit have been consistent throughout. The boys have shown resilience in difficult moments and composure in tight games. Their final performance summed up their season perfectly confident, organised and full of energy.

U10 – Coaches Justin & Brendan

The U10s have faced a number of tough fixtures this season but have shown real character throughout. Even in challenging games, the effort and commitment have never dropped. There has been clear progress in both individual performances and teamwork, with players continuing to develop their understanding of the game.

U12 – Coach Fabio

The U12s have shown great maturity and consistency across the season. Strong organisation, disciplined play and solid performances have been a regular feature. The team has handled pressure well and continued to improve, showing a good balance between structure and attacking play.

U14 – Coaches Stuart & Robert

The U14s have developed into a competitive and well-organised side. Playing against strong opposition, they have shown resilience and a willingness to learn. Under Stuart and Robert, the team has grown in confidence, with players stepping up and taking responsibility in key moments.

U16 – Coach Craig

The U16s have continued to lead by example. Competing at a higher level, they’ve shown commitment, discipline and a strong mentality throughout the season. Craig has guided the team well, and their approach both on and off the pitch sets the standard for the younger age groups coming through.

Closing Message from Ferdinand (Founder | Welfare Officer | Head Coach)

As we bring the season to a close, I just want to say how proud I am of every single player across the club.

This season has not been about results alone it has been about development, character and togetherness. I’ve seen players grow in confidence, support each other and show real passion every time they step onto the pitch. That is what Baltic Youth FC is all about.

A big thank you to all our coaches for the time and effort you put in week in, week out. Your commitment does not go unnoticed, and the progress in every team reflects the work you do behind the scenes.

To all our parents, thank you for your continued support, patience and encouragement. It plays a huge role in creating the positive environment we are building here at Baltic.

We will continue to grow, improve and push forward together as a club.
