As another memorable season comes to a close for Baltic Youth FC, we say farewell to one of our valued coaches, Justin, who will officially be leaving the club following our end-of-season ceremony.
On behalf of everyone connected with Baltic Youth FC, we would like to thank Justin for the professionalism, commitment and positivity he has brought to the club, especially within our U10 age group. His contribution over the season has been greatly appreciated by players, parents and fellow coaches alike.
Throughout the year, Justin played an important role in helping the U10s continue to grow both individually and collectively as a team. Week after week, the players showed clear progress in confidence, teamwork, passing, movement and overall understanding of the game. More importantly, they continued to enjoy their football while learning valuable lessons on and off the pitch.
The U10s produced several strong performances across the season, showing resilience, determination and togetherness in every fixture. One of the standout moments came during an exciting 3–2 victory where Steven and Seb both found the back of the net in a brilliant team display full of energy and attacking football.
There were also many occasions where the team demonstrated excellent character and work ethic, with players consistently encouraging one another and battling together from the first whistle to the last. Individual performances throughout the season highlighted just how much development had taken place within the squad.
Justin’s coaching approach always focused on improvement, discipline and enjoyment. Training sessions were energetic, organised and centred around helping every player gain confidence on the ball while continuing to develop technically and tactically. His calm presence and encouragement from the side lines helped create a positive environment where players felt supported and motivated.
What stood out most this season was the unity within the group. The players developed strong friendships, improved as a collective and represented Baltic Youth FC with pride throughout the campaign. The support shown between teammates reflected the values the club continues to build upon year after year.
Across the wider club, it has been another successful and positive season for Baltic Youth FC. From the excellent progress shown by our U8s, to strong performances from the U9s, U12s, U14s and U16s, every age group has continued to develop and grow. Coaches and volunteers across the club have worked tirelessly to provide players with a safe, enjoyable and competitive football environment, and Justin has played an important part in that journey.
Football clubs are built on people who willingly give up their time to help young players improve and enjoy the game, and Justin has certainly done exactly that during his time with Baltic. His professionalism, dedication and support for the players have earned him the respect of everyone connected with the club.
While it is never easy saying goodbye to a valued coach, we know Justin leaves having made a lasting and positive impact on many of our young players.
We are also pleased to confirm that the process of appointing a new coach has now been completed. Further details regarding the new appointment will be shared immediately after the end-of-season ceremony.
